Downpour

I was photographing in the Stanley Glacier area of Kootenay National Park this past fall when there was sudden downpour of rain that swept in rather quickly, since my 4 x 5 view camera was all set up on the tripod I figured I may as well make the best of the situation and see what I could photograph.

How did you protect the camera?

As I recall my view camera took a pretty good soaking, luckily the rain didn't last too long, but was quite intense, I used my dark cloth to protect the camera somewhat, then sun came out and helped dry things out a bit.
