Natural Phenomena of Tides
When the tide goes out I think its a magical and natural phenomena and one of my favourite places that I like to photograph is along the seashore of the West Coast of British Columbia. Although tides are explained by the moon's gravitational force when I think about all the water moved around the entire world it amazing, it would be hard to magine a number to measure the amount of water in litres or gallons. In this photo taken on Hornby Island I thought the different shapes of the rocks drapes with sea grass made for an interesting image. The photograph was made with my Tachihara 4 x 5 view camera and a 120 mm lens on a fine cloudy day in mid June of this year.

What a beautiful batch of hanging algae.
It reminds moi of moi's
"The REAL Lord's Prayer,"
"Our Father, who art pond scum, hallowed it be Thy farting of oxygen."
Stay on Groovin' Safari,
