It's a privilege to be featured on the site of such a fine, sensitive photographer. Gary's photographs remind one that we live in the midst of tremendous beauty, and it's a tragedy that we miss most of it either through inattention or because of the pervasive, tragic myth of human superiority, which distances us from the closely-knit community that is nature.
